DAY AFFECTED: August 11, 2008 from 11:57AM to 12:52PM
DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an outage on August 11, 2008 from
11:57AM to 12:52PM with the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
application. ERCOT was able to receive transactions from NAESB but was
unable to process transactions inbound or outbound through EDI. ERCOT
restarted the EDI application and transaction processing returned to
normal. All backlogged transactions have been processed.
At this time, all ERCOT Retail Transaction processing has been restored.
