SHORT DESCRIPTION:  TDSP AMS Indicator Defect on MIS Find ESIID function and TDSP ESIID Extract
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAYS AFFECTED:  August 25, 2012 to February 11, 2013
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT identified a defect that prevented the TDSP AMS Indicator from correctly updating and removing the AMSM or AMSR values. This affected both the Find ESIID application in the Market Information System (MIS) and the TDSP ESIID Extract (ZP15-612), Report Type ID 203.
ERCOT has corrected the filter conditions that prevented the TDSP ESIID Extract Weekly (ZP15-612), Report Type ID 203, from being updated correctly when certain AMS Indicator update conditions happen within ERCOT systems. The weekly extract has posted on February 12, 2013. This defect did not affect the TDSP ESIID Extract Full that posts monthly.  ERCOT will not be re-posting previous Weekly extracts as the Full provides the current data view for all ESIIDS.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ERCOT will be working with the TDSPs to correct the data until a permanent resolution can be implemented. An update notice will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
