LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an outage of the Customer Registration Application on January 23, 2009 from 8:26 AM to 9:52 AM.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The root cause was a short in a power supply resulting in numerous systems going down. The power supply has been replaced and all systems are now back online.
