SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in sending cancellation and notification transactions on Tuesday, August 31, 2010.

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in processing a subset of retail batch transactions. Cancel and notify transactions (814_06s, 814_08s, and 814_22s) that should have been sent by ERCOT on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, were not sent until Wednesday, September 1, 2010.
