SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will perform a maintenance outage from 12:00 to 21:00 on Sunday, December 9, 2012 instead of the originally scheduled retail release.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAYS AFFECTED: Sunday, December 9, 2012 from 12:00 to 21:00
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has cancelled the on-cycle retail release planned for 14:00 Saturday, December 8, 2012 through 00:00 Monday, December 10, 2012.
ERCOT will perform a maintenance outage from 12:00 to 21:00 on Sunday, December 9, 2012 instead.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: During this outage, the following functions will be affected:
* Market participants utilizing NAESB to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT will NOT be able to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT.
* 867 Transactions will NOT be forwarded during the outage.
* 997 Functional Acknowledgements will NOT be sent during the outage.
* Retail components of the MIS and the Retail API will not be available.
* MarkeTrak will be unavailable.
* eService application will be unavailable on the Market Information System (MIS).
* REC (Texas Renewables – www.texasrenewables.com<http://www.texasrenewables.com>) will be unavailable.
* ETOD will be unavailable.
