SHORT DESCRIPTION:   Market implementation of PR 80027 - Advanced Metering - Interim Solution scheduled for the November 14 - 15, 2009 weekend.
INTENDED AUDIENCE: TDSPs and LSEs
DAY AFFECTED:  November 14 - 15, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION:  PR 80027 - Advanced Metering - Interim Solution is scheduled for market implementation the weekend of November 14 - 15, 2009.
The project includes the following functionality:
*         ERCOT will be able to receive and settle on AMS 15-minute Interval data provided by the TDSPs via an AMS LSE file.
*         AMS Interval Data LSE Activity Report will be created to communicate the success or failure of the AMS LSE files/transactions, posted to TML on a per file basis.
*         Two new supplemental extracts are being created.
o   Supplemental IDR Required Interval Extract
o   Supplemental AMS Interval Extract
*         Three new web services are being created to allow Market Participants to query for AMS data .
o   Provide AMS interval data for a trade date
o   Provide ESIIDs where AMS interval data not loaded for a trade data
o   Provide AMS interval data for ESIIDs I own
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  On Saturday, November 14 from 8:00AM to 8:00 PM, the following functions will be affected:
*         814_20s (ESI ID Create/Maintain) will be held
*         All other services will be available
There will be no outage or impact to any functions on Sunday, November 15.
