SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Retail processing was unavailable
INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED: Friday, March 08, 2013 from 19:00 to 19:40
LONG DESCRIPTION: At 19:00, ERCOT initiated emergency maintenance to resolve a Retail database issue. The maintenance completed at 19:40. During this time, ERCOT was able to receive NAESB transactions, however, Retail processing was unavailable.
Retail processing was restored at 19:40.
