SHORT DESCRIPTION: The Report Explorer component of ERCOT's Texas Market Link (TML) application experienced an unplanned outage on February 2, 2009 from 3:40 AM to 5:20 AM.
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  February 02, 2009 from 3:40 AM to 5:20 AM
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to an Enterprise Management Server (EMS) failure, the Report Explorer component of ERCOT's Texas Market Link (TML) application experienced an unplanned outage on February 2, 2009 from 3:40 AM to 5:20 AM.
The impacted EMS server was restarted and the TML application Report Explorer is now operational.
ERCOT will continue to monitor the EMS server performance.
