SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Miscellaneous Invoice for payout of excess Nodal Implementation Surcharge

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE settlement personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  July 24, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has issued Miscellaneous Invoices that contain the disbursement of the excess Nodal Implementation Surcharge that was collected by ERCOT.

Per market notice M-B121912-02 Legal, ERCOT achieved full recovery of the Nodal Implementation costs with the Settlement of Operating Day January 1, 2013. The full recovery of the costs were achieved in Interval 74 of the January 1, 2013 Operating Day.  As a result, Nodal Implementation Surcharges for a portion of Interval 74 and Intervals 75 - 96 will be refunded back.

The refunds will be distributed on July 31, 2013.
