SHORT DESCRIPTION: Real-Time Market Resettlement Statements for Operating Days October 6-13 and October 17, 2014 will be issued to correct Real-Time Resource Meter Prices (RTRMPRs) used in resettlement of these Operating Days in January 2015.

LONG DESCRIPTION: In January 2015, ERCOT published Real-Time Market Resettlement Statements for October 6-13 and October 17, 2014 as a result of price corrections approved by the ERCOT Board of Directors. ERCOT published corrected Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs) and Settlement Point Prices along with Resettlement Statements for these Operating Days.
ERCOT has since discovered that some of these Resettlement Statements contained incorrect payment amounts because of a data formatting issue that caused Real-Time Resource Meter Prices (RTRMPRs) to be incorrectly set to zero. RTRMPRs are used by ERCOT for the purposes of calculating certain payments but are not publicly posted. Accordingly, the incorrect RTRMPRs were reflected only on the settlement statements of QSEs whose payments were impacted by this issue. The issue only impacted the transfer of RTRMPRs to the settlement system and did not affect the values of the corrected Locational Marginal Prices (LMPs) and Settlement Point Prices that were previously posted.
Beginning February 16, 2015, ERCOT will publish resettlement statements for Operating Days October 6-13 and October 17, 2014 using the corrected RTRMPRs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Corrected LMPs and Settlement Point Prices for Operating Days October 6-13 and October 17, 2014 are posted in both CSV and XML formats in the "RTM Price Corrections folder" located at http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/prices/.
A total of 20847 RTRMPRs were corrected for Operating Days October 6-13 and October 17, 2014 out of which only 199 RTRMPRs associated with 168 ERCOT Polled Settlement (EPS) meters incorrectly set to zero due to the data formatting issue.

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 9, 2014, the ERCOT Board of Directors approved price corrections for some Settlement Points in the Real-Time Market (RTM) for the time period October 6 to October 17, 2014. ERCOT plans to post the first resettlement on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 and complete the statement postings for all Operating Days by the end of January 2015. A separate Market Notice will be posted for each RTM Resettlement per Protocols Section 9.5.7.
