SHORT DESCRIPTION: Final - Posting of SID and SHP extracts.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Financial Personnel

DAY AFFECTED: October 2, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Settlement Input Data (SID) and the Market Shadow
Prices (SHP) extracts due to be posted on Thursday, October 2, 2008 have
been corrected and re-posted.
