NOTICE TYPE:  W-A012011-01 Settlements

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Payment due on Private WAN Fees

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Market Participants with an executed ERCOT WAN Agreement

DAY AFFECTED:  February 18, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ERCOT Wide Area Network (WAN) provides an interface for data transfer between Market Participants (MPs) and ERCOT. Pursuant to the ERCOT WAN Agreement, MPs are required to reimburse ERCOT's cost of performing or acquiring WAN services on a monthly basis.

ERCOT has posted the WAN Invoice for each entity who should receive one on the Market Information System (MIS) under Services/ERO and WAN Invoices at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Services/Home.

Note that the WAN Invoices are no longer posted on the Texas Market Link (TML).

ACTION REQUIRED:  The WAN Invoice issued January 19, 2011, is due February 18, 2011. Please remit payment for any WAN Invoices due by February 18, 2011.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Access to the WAN Invoice on the MIS will require a Digital Certificate with the "GOV EXTRACT" role assigned. If you do not already have a Digital Certificate and require access, please contact your company's User Security Administrator (USA).
