SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT Board approval of Real-Time Settlement Point Price corrections for one Settlement Interval for Operating Day December 15, 2010

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ERCOT Board approved the price corrections as recommended by ERCOT at the January 18, 2011, ERCOT Board of Directors meeting. Materials from the Board meeting are available in Item 14 - ERCOT Staff Recommendation to Board on Price Corrections at http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2011/01/20110118-BOD.

A listing of the approved SPP corrections is also attached to this Notice.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  In order to make whole Market Participants who were not dispatched according to their submitted Energy Offer Curves due to the software defect, ERCOT will issue a Real-Time Market (RTM) Resettlement for Operating Day December 15, 2010. Because the RTM Initial Settlement for Operating Day December 15, 2010, is complete and the RTM Final Settlement is not scheduled to occur until February 14, 2011, ERCOT will issue the RTM Resettlement on January 24, 2011. Additional details of the Resettlement will be provided in a separate Notice.
