LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is investigating zonal market clearing prices for Balancing Energy Services during the intervals of 0215-0400.  ERCOT is re-evaluating the manual off-set values entered into the zonal Scheduling Pricing Dispatch program and whether the corresponding zonal MCPEs that were produced during these intervals were incorrect.  This does not impact the ongoing nodal Load Frequency Control testing and QSEs should continue to follow nodal basepoints as planned.

Any price corrections will be posted as per usual business process by the next business day at:  http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/services/bal/ .
