SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Adjustment to Available Credit Limit (ACL) Summary Report

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Counter-Parties, CRRAHs and QSEs

DAY AFFECTED:  May 2, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is modifying the Available Credit Limit (ACL) Summary Report (FNC-470-SG) effective May 2, 2013.

Currently, the Counter-Party Independent Amount (CPIA) is reflected on the Total Potential Exposure (TPE) Summary Report. Beginning May 2, 2013, the CPIA will also be reflected in the ACL Summary Report as well under the following sections:

*         Collateral and Unsecured Credit Summary

*         TPES and CRR ACL Summary
