SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Delay in posting the Settlement Input Data extract

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs 

DAY AFFECTED:  August 28, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:   Due to system performance degradation,  ERCOT has
posted the Settlement Input Data Extract (SID) later than required.  The
extracts that should have posted prior to midnight were posted at
approximately 2:30 am on August 28, 2008.
