SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has resettled Operating Day May 24, 2008

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Settlement Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  Operating Day May 24, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a delay in receiving May Schedule Control
Error (SCE) performance results from the Texas Regional Entity (TRE),
ERCOT has resettled Operating Day May 24, 2008 in order to process the
May 2008 SCE performance charges and payments.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Statements for the resettlement of the affected
Operating Day will be posted on October 20, 2008.  The resettlement of
May 24, 2008 will be invoiced on October 30, 2008.
