SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT posted the corrected CRRSFTVIOL data for all Operating Days affected by the SFT Data Issue

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holder and Settlement Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  February 14, 2013 through June 13, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT agreed at the July 15, 2013 Communications and Settlements Working Group meeting to provide to the market the corrected CRRSFTVIOL Input data for all Operating Days affected by the SFT Data Issue (2/14/2013 through 6/13/2013).  This data will be available in the Settlements Input Data Extract (SID Extract) that will publish on Thursday, July 18, 2013.  With the updated CRRSFTVIOL data, CRR Account Holders will have all of the data required to perform shadow settlements for all of the affected Operating Days in order to determine the impact to their specific CRR Account Holders.

As noted in a previous Market Notice, M-B061213-02, ERCOT reiterates that it will only be resettling the Day Ahead Market for the 14 Operating Days that reached the 2% threshold noted in Nodal Protocols Section 7.9.1, Day-Ahead CRR Payments and Charges.  However, the data for all of the other affected operating days will be used if any DAM Resettlements are later issued for Operating Days that did not reach the 2% threshold.
