SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to the Missed Reports due to SCED Publishing Issues during Operating Day September 6, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) post-process issues from the early morning of September 6, 2017 are impacting ERCOT's ability to publish complete post-Operating Day reports, including 48-Hour Disclosure Reports. The missing information is specific to the SCED executions from 00:03:11 to 00:45:11. A list of impacted reports and specific files within those reports is included below.
ERCOT will be posting the information that is available and is continuing to evaluate possible solutions for publishing complete versions of the identified reports. A follow up Market Notice will be provided regarding whether and when updated and complete reports can be published.

SHORT DESCRIPTION: Missed Reports due to SCED Publishing Issues during Operating Day September 6, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION: During the early morning of September 6, 2017 for the Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) executions from 00:03:11 to 00:45:11, ERCOT encountered issues publishing the SCED solutions to the database. Only parts of the SCED solutions were successfully published to the databases including Resource Base Points and Resource LMPs. Therefore, the SCED dispatch was not impacted by this issue. However, some SCED post-processes including SCED Settlement Point Prices calculation may be impacted. As a result of incomplete publishing of SCED solutions in the database, several of the Current Day Reports (CDR) and their counterpart Public Dashboards associated with those specific SCED intervals may have been impacted.
ERCOT will be performing a price correction for this period, per the public market notification that was posted on September 6, 2017 at 17:03:15. Corrected prices will be posted in the RTM Price Corrections report (NP4-197-M) on the MIS Public Area. Market Participants who previously downloaded pricing reports or obtained prices from External Web Services for 09/06/2017 should refer to the RTM Price Corrections report for updated information. Price corrections will be posted on the MIS Public Area as soon as possible but no later than 16:00 on September 8, 2017.
ERCOT is also currently analyzing data that is used in any post Operating Day reports, which includes all 48-Hour Disclosure Reports. Due to this additional validation, some reports may post later than expected.
