SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Settlement adjustment for TCR Account Holders for
Operating Day June 16, 2008

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TCR Account Holders and Settlement Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  Operating Day June 16, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT discovered that for the Interval Ending 12:45
on June 16, 2008, an ERCOT system error incorrectly calculated the
shadow price for the binding CSC North-South at $0.00. The shadow price
should have been calculated to a value of $24.99.

The Settlement adjustment for Operating Day June 16, 2008 for the
North-South CSC Shadow Price from $0.00 to $24.99 was determined after
ERCOT posted the June 16 Initial Settlement Statements, impacting TCR
credit payments.  The aggregate amount of the short payment is
$4,568.99.  TCR Account Holders shorted as a result of the situation
will be credited funds on August 22, 2008. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The credited funds on August 22, 2008 will be
reflected on a special invoice sent via email to the appropriate TCR
Administrator/Contact by end of business tomorrow. The funds will be
included in the same funds transfer when ERCOT wires the credit payments
for the weekly TCR credit payment invoices for July 25 to 31, 2008.
