SHORT DESCRIPTION:  NBLOAD bill determinant not included in RTM CODEs for December 1, 2010 - January 13, 2011
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) representing Non-Opt-In Entities (NOIEs), NOIE Load Serving Entities (LSEs) and NOIE Transmission/Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs)
DAYS AFFECTED:  Operating Days December 1, 2010 - January 3, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The NOIE Base Load (NBLOAD) bill determinant was not included in the Real-Time Market Consolidated Operating Day Extracts (RTM CODEs) for the December 1, 2010 - January 3, 2011, Operating Days. The root cause of not including this bill determinant in the RTM CODE was due to a missed configuration setting in ERCOT's cutover tasks.
The bill determinant for the unadjusted LSE load values was published and may be used in the shadow settlement process as per Protocol Section 11.5.1.1(b), Aggregated Load Data Posting/Availability.
The NBLOAD for Operating Days December 1, 2010 - January 3, 2011, will be made available in the RTM CODEs at the time of the Final settlement approval.
