SHORT DESCRIPTION:  New bill determinant to support calculation of Four Coincident Peak (4CP)
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  April 8, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is implementing a new bill determinant for calculation of 4CP which will represent TDSP load for ERCOT, excluding DC Ties and Block Load Transfers (BLTs). These changes were implemented April 8, 2011, and will affect all Nodal Operating Days settled.

*         LTDSP_4CP will reside in the DAIOutputHeader/Interval table provided in the Real-Time Market Market Operating Day Extract.
