SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is resettling Operating Day April 22, 2008. 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs

DAY AFFECTED:  Operating Day April 22, 2008

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has recovered the data for Operating Day April
22, 2008 to a backup server and verified that the data necessary to
calculate the Non-Spin Reserve Service (NSRS) price adjustments is
correct.  ERCOT has posted the price adjustments for Operating Day April
22, 2008 (intervals 1700 through 2115) to the ERCOT website.

In accordance with Protocol Section 9.2.5, Resettlement Statement,
Operating Day April 22, 2008 meets the requirements for a resettlement.
However, because a Resettlement Statement would not have been issued
until less than ten days prior to a scheduled Final Settlement Statement
for this Operating Day, ERCOT cannot issue a Resettlement Statement. The
corrected prices will appear on the regularly-scheduled FINAL Settlement
Statements on June 20, 2008.
