SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update to invalid posted results for the 2016.FEB.Monthly.Auction
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders, Counter-Parties and Settlement personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  January 17-18 and 21, 2016
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Results for the re-executed 2016.FEB.Monthly.Auction have been posted.  Invoices will be posted and credit will be released for the CRR Auction on Monday, January 18, 2016.  Invoices for the CRR Auction will be due by 1700 CPT on Thursday, January 21, 2016 (third Bank Business Day after Auction Invoice date).

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update to invalid posted results for the 2016.FEB.Monthly.Auction
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders, Counter-Parties and Settlement personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  January 15, 2016
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is continuing to work on the issue for the 2016.FEB.Monthly.Auction and does not yet have a firm time or date for the re-execution and posting of the CRR Auction results. Any postings for this auction in the CRR system should be considered invalid until ERCOT verifies that valid results have been posted. Invoices and the release of credit for the CRR Auction will continue to be on hold until this issue is resolved. In accordance with Protocol Section 16.11.4.6 (c), if necessary, ERCOT shall estimate Counter-Party Available Credit Limits (ACLs) for affected Counter-Parties and provide electronic Notice to those Counter-Parties when doing so.  Additional Market Notices will be provided as specific information for the dates becomes available.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Invalid posted results for the 2016.FEB.Monthly.Auction
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders, Counter-Parties and settlement personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  January 14, 2016
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has determined that the posted results for the 2016.FEB.Monthly.Auction are invalid due to a software issue. As a part of the monthly auction process, a Pre-assigned Congestion Revenue Right (PCRR) true-up allocation is completed before the monthly auction is run. For the impacted auction, the awarded PCRR allocations were not sent to the auction engine and were not correctly considered by the auction software. The error was discovered when the posted auction awards were sent to database tables for settlement processing.
The currently posted auction results will be removed, and ERCOT will re-run the 2016.FEB.Monthly.Auction. The new results will be posted as soon as they are validated, and Invoices will be posted on the following Business Day with the customary payment timeline.
When determined, a follow-up Market Notice will be sent to provide further details on the posting of the new results and the associated Invoice dates.
