SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Miscellaneous Invoice for PTP Option Award Fees for October 2011 Monthly CRR Auction
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders and CRRAH settlement personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  September 15, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has issued Miscellaneous Invoices that contain the Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Award Fees for the October 2011 Monthly Auction.
Per Protocol Section 7.7.1, Charging of PTP Option Award Fee, ERCOT will charge each Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Account Holder a Point-to-Point (PTP) Option Award fee for each PTP Option bid awarded where the clearing price for the PTP Option bid awarded is less than the Minimum PTP Option Bid Price.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The Miscellaneous Invoices can be found in the Market Information System (MIS) at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Market+Information/Settlements.
