SHORT DESCRIPTION:  LTDSPUFE bill determinant changing from RTM CODE to RTM MODE
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Transmission/Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs)
DAYS AFFECTED:  Operating Days January 8, 2011, forward
LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Load by TDSP including losses and UFE (LTDSPUFE) bill determinant was included in the Real-Time Market Consolidated Operating Day Extracts (RTM CODEs) for the December 1, 2010 - January 7, 2011, Operating Days. The LTDSPUFE data records will be moving from the RTM CODEs to the Real-Time Market Market Operating Day Extracts (RTM MODEs) effective in the January 8, 2011, Operating Day file.
This change was made for consistency purposes so that all load by TDSP would be available in the secure RTM MODE extract.
