INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  September 3, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a batch delay during system maintenance on September 3, 2010, the Settlement Input Data Extract and the Market Shadow Price Extract were not posted to the Texas Market Link (TML) by 23:59 as required by Protocol. The Settlement Input Data Extract was posted to TML at 05:45 September 4, 2010, and the Market Shadow Price Extract was posted to TML at 06:20 September 4, 2010.
