SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Credit exposure calculations and reports affected by ERCOT (CSI) system upgrade
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Counter-Parties
DAY AFFECTED:  April 16, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Invoice payments made on April 15, 2014, were applied twice in the OUT (Outstanding Unpaid Transactions) component of the ERCOT credit exposure calculations, which resulted in increased Available Credit Limit (ACL) for some Counter-Parties. This was caused by a configuration error during ERCOT's Commercial Systems Integration (CSI) system upgrade performed on April 13, 2014.

ERCOT has since corrected the issue.  Credit exposure calculations and reports that will be published in the evening of April 16, 2014 will reflect the correct values.
