SHORT DESCRIPTION:  2014 Adjusted Metered Load data posted for each LSE
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs, LSEs
DAY AFFECTED:  July 28, 2015
LONG DESCRIPTION:  As required by the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) Fee Assessment and Collection Guide, ERCOT will post Adjusted Metered Load (AML) data for each Load Serving Entity (LSE) by August 1 for the previous calendar year for use in calculating the Net Energy for Load (NEL) for the following year (January 1 through December 31). The 2014 AML data was posted on July 28, 2015.
As set forth in Section 6, Adjusted Meter Load Dispute Process of the EROF Guide, an LSE may review and dispute its AML data. If an LSE does not dispute its AML data timely, the data will be deemed correct. ERCOT will finalize the AML by September 15, 2015.
ACTION REQUIRED:  LSEs that wish to dispute their load must submit a dispute prior to August 16, 2015.
