SHORT DESCRIPTION:  2007 Vintage Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) expire
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  March 31, 2010
LONG DESCRIPTION:  At the end of 2009, all RECs created in 2007 are scheduled to expire and will no longer be usable. These RECs may not be banked and carried over to future years. However, you may retire these RECs on a voluntary basis or to satisfy your 2009 Mandate. The RECs will be available for you to retire until midnight on March 31, 2010.
At midnight March 31, 2010, these RECs will cease to exist.
