SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Inaccurate values provided in the Mid-Term Load Forecast data sets
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED:  March 11, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to manual operator overrides within our operating systems, the provided values of the Mid-Term Load Forecast was incorrect in both the West and Far West zones between 09:00 and 23:00 on March 11, 2011. ERCOT's Energy Management System (EMS) was using the correct calculations, only the presented value to the Market was incorrect in the reports and dashboards.

*         NP3-560-CD Seven Day Load Forecast by Forecast Zone

*         NP3-561-CD Seven Day Load Forecast by Weather Zone

*         Nodal Control Area Historical Load

*         Load Forecast vs Actual Dashboard on MIS

*         EWS Forecasted Load
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  A defect has been written to address the presented values for manual overrides going forward. The updated values will be provided to the Market in a follow-up Notice.
