SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Final settlements for July 11 through July 18, 2008
will run early.
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Settlement Personnel
DAY AFFECTED:  Operating Days July 11 through July 18, 2008 
LONG DESCRIPTION:  On the weekend of September 13 and 14, 2008, ERCOT
will conduct a technical migration of the Settlements and Billing
application and database. To reduce risk to the market, ERCOT will run
Final Settlements for Operating Dates July 11 through July 18, 2008 in
advance of the migration. 
There will be no impact to invoices, payments or dispute deadlines.
Market Participants will receive Final Settlement Statements and
associated extracts for the affected Operating Dates early. The impacted
extracts are Load, Generation and Settlements and Billing. ERCOT will
update the Settlements Calendar on ERCOT.com accordingly.
