SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Unplanned outage of ERCOT Credit Monitoring and Management System
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Counter-Parties and QSEs
DAY AFFECTED:  December 3, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage due to a hardware failure which impacted the generating and posting of the Credit Monitoring and Management (CMM) Reports to the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Area beginning at 01:08 CPT on December 3, 2012. ERCOT expects to post the CMM Reports around 16:00 CPT today. Due to the delay in the posting of credit reports, ERCOT will extend the time for posting collateral from 12:00 to 17:00 CPT today.
