SHORT DESCRIPTION: Upcoming market training courses

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED: See the schedule attached as courses have been added and deleted through the month of May.
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has made changes to the market training schedules for the month of May out of an abundance of caution in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. ERCOT has change instructor led classes to WEBEX and added additional WEBEX classes.

ERCOT invites you to take advantage of its market training program that includes a variety of courses ranging from general introductions to deeper explorations of specific market topics and processes. The schedule of the courses is contained in the attachment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: To enroll in a course, go to ERCOT Training<http://www.ercot.com/services/training> on the ERCOT website.  Select the course you are interested in attending.  On the "Schedule/Registration" tab, select the "Sign up" link to start registration.
