SUBMISSIONS
For information regarding submissions, including Daylight Saving Time requirements, please refer to the latest version of the EIP External Interface Specifications document for use of the External Web Services (EWS) found in the Wholesale section of the http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/xsds/ webpage. The most recent External Web Services XSD may also be found in the same location.
During testing, the URL for XML submissions will be: https://testingapi.ercot.com/2007-08/Nodal/eEDS/EWS/. The URL for UI submissions will be: https://testing.ercot.com/mmsui/mmsui/displayTradesLanding.action.
Submissions will be using the asterisk (*) on the repeating hour for DST. The following is an example of how the hourly intervals for November 6, 2011 are labeled:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The Qualified Scheduling Entity Managers Working Group (QMWG) meeting on October 10, 2011, will include a DST Testing Q&A agenda item with ERCOT EMS/MMS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) available to provide responses.
ERCOT will be sending information regarding extracts and reports in an update notice later this week.

LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) will be available for Market Participant Daylight Saving Time (DST) testing for the three periods listed in the table below. Each testing period will be from Tuesday through Friday and will follow the simulated times shown in the table. The MOTE will be unavailable on Monday of each testing week to allow ERCOT to prepare for the tests.
