LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT announces the addition of two instructor-led Market Participant workshops to be held in November and December 2009. The locations and schedules for the courses are shown below.
Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) Workshop:  This is a two-day workshop that will address the following topics:

 *   CRR Auction - Annual and Monthly calculations and Invoicing
 *   CRR settlement calculations for an Operating Day with Invoicing in Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Real-Time Market (RTM)
 *   CRR Auction Revenue Distribution (CARD) Invoice
 *   Balancing Account - Daily and Monthly Reconciliation with Invoice
