SHORT DESCRIPTION: Retail MarkeTrak Overview Computer-Based Training (CBT) available on the ERCOT Learning Management System (LMS)

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Retail Market

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has made available a computer-based training (CBT) course offering an overview of the MarkeTrak application on the ERCOT Learning Management System (LMS) website.

This class is designed to provide Market Participants a general overview of the basic functionalities of the MarkeTrak application. The Retail MarkeTrak Overview class covers the following topics:

* What is MarkeTrak
* Accessing MarkeTrak
* Navigating MarkeTrak
* Issue Ownership

Target Audience: This course is intended for representatives of new ERCOT Retail Market Participants or new employees of existing Market Participants wanting a general overview of the MarkeTrak application. This course is also open to the public.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Registration for this course will be through ERCOT's Learning Management System (LMS). To access the LMS, please use the link from the Retail MarkeTrak Overview located at http://www.ercot.com/services/training/MarkeTrak_Overview on the training page of www.ercot.com<http://www.ercot.com/>.

The first time you access the site, you will need to create an account. Click the link to create an account and complete the information requested. Then click the "Create My Account" link. Once your account has been created, you can click "Sign In" and you will be directed to the "My Courses" page. Upon logging into the LMS, the user should select the course R.MTO100 - Retail MarkeTrak Overview.

The only way to register for the Retail MarkeTrak Overview is through the LMS registration tool.
