Thanks for the great progress this week.  Here is a summary of consensus items and a couple follow-up items from the Dec 3 RTCTF meeting:

KP1.1(2),(6) and KP3(13)-(20)  RUC Items and the Reliability Deployment Pricing Run  (note that 1.1(7) was no longer needed and removed)
KP1.1(7) AS Demand Curve for Regulation Down (formerly labelled 1.1(8) is now 1.1(7))
KP1.3(11) Timeline for submission of AS Offers for Real-Time
KP1.4(3)-(4)  Resource Statuses and Telemetered AS Limitations
KP1.5(14-15)  Emergency Operation Settlement
KP1.5(16) Merging Regulation and FRRS Signals
KP1.6(5) Credit Exposure Changes Associated with AS
KP5(7rtctfj) - Update to the Default Uplift Calculation to Include Virtual AS Offer Awards as Market

Follow-up from ERCOT on analysis of pricing outcomes under scarcity with RUC-committed resources:

For the 12/19/19 RTCTF Meeting ERCOT has posted the latest KP versions and the agenda will post next week: (meeting link<http://www.ercot.com/calendar/2019/12/19/180295-RTCTF>)

ERCOT will continue to track the two concepts discussed:
Plan for periodic analysis and reporting of RTC versus ORDC pricing outcomes
Transitional approaches on items such as Performance Monitoring
