LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 28, 2019, ERCOT received a Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation (NCGRD) for the following Generation Resource:

*         City of Garland, Gibbons Creek Generating Station (GIBCRK_GIB_CRG1)
The NCGRD states this Generation Resource, which is currently under a mothballed status, will change to a status of decommissioned and retired permanently as of October 23, 2019.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to ERCOT Protocols Section 3.14.1.9(2), ERCOT has posted the NCGRD in the list titled "Notice of Change of Generation Resource Designation" on the Generation page<https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Grid+Information/Generation> of the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.  An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
