SHORT DESCRIPTION: Annual Stability limit and IROL communication

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT reviewed operating limits for 2015 that are stability limits and or that meet the criteria of an Interconnection Reliability Operating Limit (IROL) in accordance with the ERCOT System Operating Limit (SOL) Methodology for the Planning and Operations Horizon.
There are no stability related limits or IROLs that have been identified for the Planning Horizon based on studies completed in 2014.
There are 4 stability related limits that have been identified for the Operations Horizon which are represented by the following Generic Transmission Constraints (GTCs).

If a GTC and or an IROL affects your facilities or operating area, ERCOT will be following up with additional details and coordination within the next 30 days. ERCOT has not identified any other affected entities at the time of this communication. Any new GTCs that are created due to necessity before the next annual review will be directly communicated to the affected entities. For any IROL affected ERCOT Transmission Operators, please consider this as affirmative notice of your need to consider the IROL-related assets under your NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) program. Please refer to CIP-002-5, Requirement R1 and Attachment 1, sections 2.6 and 2.9.
