INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  February 20, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On February 20, 2017 starting at 11:15 CPT, ERCOT experienced an issue with the following impacts:

********* ERCOT's Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) is currently unavailable

********* The Market Information System (MIS) Find ESIID and Find Transaction functionality was degraded from 11:15 until 12:30 CDT

A follow-up Market Notice will be sent when MOTE is available.
