SHORT DESCRIPTION: The Report Explorer application experienced an unplanned outage from approximately 7:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2009 to 1:22 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2009.
 INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED: 7:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2009 to 1:22 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2009
LONG DESCRIPTION: The Report Explorer application experienced an unplanned outage from approximately 7:00 PM on Friday, September 11, 2009 to 1:22 AM on Saturday, September 12, 2009.
All services have been restored and are functioning properly.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A root cause has not yet been determined. ERCOT will send an update on Monday, September 14, 2009.
