LONG DESCRIPTION:   ERCOT experienced a retail transaction processing issue which resulted in transactions processing out of protocol between November 1 and November 2, 2011.
ERCOT has processed all delayed transactions.
The following is a breakdown of the transactions impacted and processed out of protocol:
