SHORT DESCRIPTION:  System issue resulting in duplicate transactions
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 10:00 through 14:00
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a system issue on February 17, 2015, from 10:00 through 14:00.  As a result, duplicate transactions were forwarded to Market Participants.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  This issue may also have resulted in intermittent timeouts of the Find ESIID functionality in MIS.
