SHORT DESCRIPTION: Retail transaction processing issue
INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED: July 1, 2015
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a NAESB issue on July 1, 2015, from 15:25 to 15:34. As a result, Market Participants may have received NAESB processing errors or experienced delays in Retail transaction processing until approximately 19:00, when the transaction backlog was cleared and normal processing resumed.
No Market Participant action is required. ERCOT is investigating the root cause.
