SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MarkeTrak GUI outage
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  LSEs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  August 13, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is experiencing an unplanned outage of MarkeTrak GUI beginning on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at approximately 4:00 a.m.
Root cause is currently under investigation.
MarkeTrak API is not affected.
