SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Additional implementation details for NPRR347, NPRR391, and NPRR400

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  November 9, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION: The on-cycle Release 5 changes for MIS which were implemented yesterday, October 18, 2012 in support of NPRRs 347, 391 and 400 (see attached notice M-A091012-02). During this release, the Aggregate Incremental Liability (AIL) Detail Report link was removed from the Market Information System (MIS) Services page, Credit Monitoring Reports portlet. This report is still available for download on both the MIS Reports and Extracts Index page and via the External Web Services (EWS) GetReport Web Service using the report type id = 11178. These reports will remain available for 62 days after the last posting which is set for Operating Day November 9, 2012.
