PGDTF members,

Attached is the latest version of the PGDTF GIC Model User Guide.  The intention with this guide is to "flag" data that is not within "expected values".  Also provided is used information on transformer modeling and submitting switch shunt data (where several switched shunts are present).

Please use this guide to check your GIC system model.  Suggestions on improving this guide are always welcome.
