PGDTF members,

Attached are the PGDTF Scope document with the Task Force comments that I captured during the November 6th PGDTF meeting.  Please review and provide feedback as needed.  We will complete updating the Scope at the  December 13th PGDTF meeting.

Also attached are the draft revision offered by CenterPoint Energy for review.  I appreciate CNPs work on this - good stuff.
