SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's Customer Registration Database experienced
an outage on June 27, 2008 from 1:56 PM to 3:55 PM.  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  Friday, June 27, 2008 from 1:56 PM to 3:55 PM

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT's Customer Registration Database workflow
locked on June 27, 2008 at approximately 1:56 PM.  One (1) service order
has been corrected as a result of this processing issue.  

The Customer Registration Database has been recycled and ERCOT will
continue to monitor system availability and performance.

processing was impacted during this outage.

be provided as they become available.
